Fall O7

Here are some pictures from the fall shoot, and also in some are Tom and Michelle (my brother and his wife michelle, and andrews cousins Brooklyn and Mackenzie). and then one of andrew waiting in the car with dan, and one of andrew (who is STILL sleeping, its 10 oclock, he went to be around 9, woke up to eat at 7, and went back to sleep, and its 10 oclock! hes been sleeping so good!)

First REal Food.

SO, andrew actually ate baby food today. i bought him a little chair (walmart $15, thanks michelle! she told me where to get one). and i got him a couple kinds of baby food , i warmed up some sweet potatoe, i thought that sounded babyish. so he first thought it was sort of wierd, but then i went to get the camera so i could take some pictures, and he grabbed the spoon himself , i didnt realize i had placed it where he could reach it. and then i fed him and let him hold the first spoon, i got a second one to feed him with. and then he started spitting it out , and so i realized it had kind of gotten cold, so i warmed it up, and he ate some more. about 1/2 a little container. not too much, some actually spilled when he grabbed his spoon, but i give him the benefit of the doubt, your always supposed to give people the benefit of the doubt right? so then i let him bounce, and then put him down for a nap. i should start maybe putting him down and letting him put himself to sleep, but i feel bad letting him just cry, and i like rocking him anyways, and he also woke up with a cold today, so maybe when we get him a crib i wil do that. for now, he is just sleeping on the mattress on the floor. but he has been sleeping pretty good, last night (and for a few good nights now)its become a schedule, i put him down at 9, and he woke up at around 5 (i actually woke up myself right before he woke up, hes got ME on a schedule now..) and then went back to sleep until 8. its been that exact schedule for like 3 or 4 days in a row now. kinda since i took him out of the portacrib and put him on his real mattress. makes a difference. anyways then i took some of the downstairs of our house. i am still working on putting the upstairs together.

October 2007...

Here are some pictures from this month, the move, and some fall pictures(that i took today). i had the hardest time finding leaves, everywhere had them cleaned up! we are going to try to find some more leaves at Mt Timpanogos Temple, dan said there were lots of trees there. andrew is quite the sitter, he does very very well with that. and he still does the heavy breathing, dan thought he should be darth vader (sp?) for halloween. hes a kicker too, love the jumperoo. he also does his fake cough, he really wants food all the time if you are eating or drinking, he reaches for things all the time when hes sitting up too. and laughs really hard when poeple play peek a boo , or sneeze, or when dan does just about anything. tom and michelle attack (as much as you would a 1 yr old) brooklyn with pillows, and brooklyn thinks its the funnest game, she laughs so hard, and andrew watched her the other day, and so then when we hit him (gently of course) with pillows he thinks is SOO funny.
also, one day michelle watched andrew while e and mom unpacked, and she walked over to my house bc andrew was hungry, and we had her phone but didnt know...it looked like a rough walk...also, brooklyn was being a GREAT helper to tom while he was tightening our furniture. thought that was cute..she was right behind him all the time.

So i woke up this morning and what did i see? snow had fallen!

Hello!

Here we are, after a LONG time of no pictures and not much news. i will post more pictures later, and some more updating of whats going on. We joined Lifetime fitness, so thats been fun because they have a childcare center, thats awesome , and a cool little baby part with tons of baby toys. so andrew always seems happy in there. today however, he was napping when we left the house, so i grabbed him last thing, then forgot the diaper bag and we had already gotten to the gym before we realized we forgot it. so of course he had a blowout, not bad but enough that they called me to come get him and i had to run to walmart and grab some stuff for him. so now we are at jens house because dan wanted to watch the Utah football game, and he can only do that on comcast... and we've been trying to order and five buck pizza (they are the BEST) but we are sort of in a black hole for that, we are barely out of all the stores range for delivery... and andrew just tipped over and hit the leg of a chair, so im gona put a couple pictures up and go.

Move Update

Hey, sorry no pictures right now, im on dans sister jens computer. So we have an address now. Its in Eagle Mountain, across the main road from tom and michelles. Andrew had his 6 mo checkup yesterday, he was 18 pound 2.5 oz. (57%), 27 inches long (72%) and head was 44 cm (49%). He got a healthy bill of health... so good for him! didnt like the shots though. who really does right? well, i will try to post some pictures of the new place and whats been going on later, we get internet at our house on thursday. email me at cassiegirl21@gmail.com if you want my address;)

Here is a little video of andrew playing peek a boo. and a couple pictures of him relaxing in front of Baby Van Gogh (starring Baby Van Goat.) He really enjoyed watching his little movie. lets me get a bit of much needed packing done!:)
