He's big...

So i weighed him today, and he was 17.6 pounds. i think hes around 26 1/2 inches, and his head around right over his eyebrows was 17 inches. just a little note to go with the pictures...

Andrew is 5 Months ! (on the 6th)

Andrew loves bottles, cups, you name it. Once he was holding dans propel, and dropped it in the kitchen, and it scared him pretty good.

a little update on our little, but growing baby. over the weekend, on friday, when we first got into town , we were at the park with tom and michelle and mary, and andrew was sitting up briefly on his own! and ever since he has been doing this for short time periods. although he is doing it longer and longer it seems every day. we work with him on this. he has also been loving to stand and can hold himself against my knees for a few seconds at a time, hes getting quite good at that. he loves to be thrown, tossed and tickled. and he loves his daddy... he watches him and laughs at him all the time. anyways, not really giving him any food other than his milk right now, he just doesnt really need it i dont think, he seems healthy enough and although he REALLy liked michelle's banana crumb cake , thats the only food he's liked so far, and so i will wait until he seems to be hungry for it. so far i think its more interested than hungry. i did let him drink some water (i tipped from a water bottle into his mouth on the drive to amuse him, he REALLY helped too, i only had to hold the bottle so he didnt hurt himself throwing the bottle in his face), and he made wierd faces about the water but seemed to want more. so he had a little of that. but other than that... he talks a lot and is very very vocal at times.. still pretty easy going and hard to upset. heres some pictures i took today.

On the way home, andrew kept looking up at dan while he was driving, and all he could see was one little eye, he used the hood of his carseat to brace himself for quite some time...

Andrew was really cold at night in Midway, so dan took him into bed with him, and andrew just curled into his neck and warmed up his little hands and face.
