Week 40!

SO i am only a few days away now! finishing up my last week of being pregnant for probably a while! just sunday, monday, tuesday (root canal that day:(( ) and then wednesday, and then thurs morning she will be on her way!! im so excited. at the same time, i remember how it felt so wierd, kind of sad, but just kind of, not to be pregnant with andy after he was born, but also how nice it was to sleep better, move better, and all that stuff. i can't wait to get rid of the sore back and heavy belly...and to be able to finally see our little girl! i keep wondering what she will look like, me or dan, hair or not (im guessing she'll have lots of hair), how big? i hope under 8 pounds. i hope shes a calm baby like andrew was... jen made andrew a shirt that says "i'm the big brother". its way cute. its going to the hospital and hes going to get pictures holding her in that one. i got the Gumdrop binky's today. i've always wanted to get those!! they are like the soothie ones (the green hospital ones) only i got them in pink and they are shaped for a face (they are not just circles). and i have a bunch of headbands i need to make bows (i have ribbon), and i was gona stop sometime at JoAnn's to get some flowers for clips on the headbands too. girly stuff is so cute, i can't wait to see her in all of it. i keep debating whether or not to bring a little pink nail polish to the hospital so i can paint her nails. today was another great day. jen came down (i see a pattern here!;) ) and we got pedicures together. that was heaven!! the chairs you set in were massaging chairs, that would have been worth it alone! then they have your feet in a nice warm tub and they massage them, and paint your nails, and exfoliate, parafin wax, and it was just great. the lady doing my nails was pretty funny too, orientals were working in the place (so we knew it would be good;) ) and she was just talking and talking, and cracking me and jen up.... then we went to 'for every body', i got a couple little candles and they had an 'odor absorber' tub that kind of looked like a tub of lotion, but it says it lasts 90 days, so i got an aloe flavored one (very calming smell), and put in the kids room, since they have a diaper champ in there (although it doesnt smell bad, i clean it with bleach and its not a problem.) anyways. then we came back, andy was napping, dans been really great with him and thats nice because hes definitely compensating for my lack of involvement in floor games and that kind of thing... anyways, after he woke up and we had eaten lunch we ran some more errands, and then went down to University Mall, where they have a cool treehouse/ dinosaur play area, which i didnt think so much would be a problem, but today it was PACKED, i mean saturday afternoon? maybe i wasn't thinking clearly, but andy had a ball none the less, he LOVES slides and anything to play on. then we grabbed some hot and fresh krispy kreme and came home. man those are good donuts, and i'm not even a donut fan! i agree with jen, she said its a good thing they are all the way down in provo, because they are the kind you can just eat and eat... they just melt in your mouth... anyways today was a great day. and tomorrow our clocks turn back, which stinks. i hate daylight saving time. it was so nice in arizona not to worry about that... plus now i get an hour less of sleep...lately i keep waking up at 5 am and am unable to fall asleep again and then andy wakes up and when he naps i've had so much cleaning and stuff to do that i'm still busy when he wakes up... hopefully tonight i'll be able to sleep good. we played the Wii with jen tonight, she brought hers down, mario cart and the Wii Fit, which was fun. anyways, well this is long enough, just a bit about what we've been up to. Oh and i got some wax for my wax pot! wahoo!! and today i shaved, i totally thought "well maybe i shouldn't if i get any wax soon", but thought "ahh i better just shave" so it'll have to wait. but it will be waiting there! which is exciting. i hate shaving... okay. well i better get going! its late! and actually an hour later than i'd like since we have stupid daylight saving time.
