Easter ! and Happy 1 month Abigail!

can you see any of the bruise on his head? it didnt really show up in the picture. its a cute one of him and jen! even if hes not smiling... its still cute.

she kept holding the one leg up when dan would feed her... it was just cute. she is doing alright with a bottle, but it seems like when shes more hungry it takes her a minute to remember its food....





decorating Easter Eggs last night, andy caught on really fast, and loved it!! he thought it was so fun. he loves to do anything involved. he loves helping us with anything, he loves cleaning anything with me, or reading books and talking about them, and singing. i guess hes just a happy kid and loves life. which for him right now mostly involves learning about this world we are in, taking special note of cars, trucks, trains, bikes and balls. ;) even in just a month with abby, i see how easy andy really has been. he never even budged when i would lay him down at night to sleep. she wakes up if i even touch her. or adjust her clothing at all, or anything. andy also didnt mind baths, or me wiping his face, stuff like that. she hates being dressed or undressed, she really doesnt like getting in or out of the tub, but if you are carefull she will be ok with the bath, and shes just so particular in her likes and dislikes already. andy is such an easy going guy. even for a 2 year old, hes still 2, and is beginning to realize maybe he can control a little bit of his life , like what he eats, and when hes done, and if he wants clean hands, and if he wants to wear shoes, stuff like that. normal stuff. but hes still pretty easy going. thats really nice, hes got such a good temperment when hes not tired or hungry or both;). the last 2 days hes refused to fall asleep when i try to put him down for a nap, and hes such a picky eater i wonder how hes still got any fat at all left on that little body, and where does his energy come from!? anyways....

i cant get enough of this darling little baby girl!!






I posted this picture of abby, because it like around 1 am, and she was WIDE awake. look at those big eyes! it was a couple days ago.

Happy Easter. I hope you all got something besides easter eggs and candy out of this holiday. we didnt really do the easter bunny with andy... its fun but i didnt get it organized, and really, its not what Easter is about at ALL. i mean i dont think a bunny with candy eggs could have less to do with the fact that we celebrate today because our Savior Lives. and what a wonderful thing to celebrate. could you imagine what life would be like if we had no knowledge of the gospel? how dreary and awful it must be to be without the reassurance that EVERYTHING has a plan, we are carefully watched over and that our trials are for our good, and that in the end we have a loving Father in Heaven who will one day welcome us to our heavenly home. i cant even imagine living one day without knowing everything has a plan, and the best plan of plans on top of that... a better plan than we could imagine has been set in place for us if we but choose to follow and believe in the plan. Like in church today, probably the thing i remember most, was what Jesus said to Thomas, after Christ appeared to Thomas, he said "blessed are they that do not see , and yet believe". or something along those lines, i dont know if that quote is exactly right... but you get the idea. i realized, i have not seen the risen Lord, yet i've always believed. it made me feel good. like maybe i am doing something right after all! anyways, here are some pictures of my babies. i just cant get enough of them. and its so nice, abby lets me take as many pictures as i wan to of her, she doesn't run away or anything:) andy on the other hand has almost mastered the art of avoiding pictures. (its not like hes had thousands of shots taken or anything;). yesterday we got some pics of them at JCPennys. i'll pick those up in liek a week and a half. i've decided though, im going to get myself a professional camera, and maybe some of those big lights they use for flashes, a could big backgrounds, and i can take my own pictures! (except of our whole family.). i mean that girl at JCPennys (no offense to her, she did a good job), but shes got nothing that i dont have! i think i can take just as good of pictures if i have the right camera. and if you can't tell, i really do love taking pictures , especially of my kiddos. they are just irresistable. oh speaking of my babies , andy had a run in today. he was running to Jens room today at dinner, and was getting a little excited , didnt make the turn, and ran RIGHT into the corner of the wall. poor little lamb has a line from his hairline on is forhead,down his nose, and even from nose to mouth, i mean he must have hit that wall with some substantial speed. it took a while for him to recover.... and looks like it will be a pretty good little mark for a while. anyways, i better get on to the pictures. i have way to many to choose from , so you'll see a lot. but thats why you come here right? so i keep things interesting for ya (if you think my kids are interesting that is.). well. see you lateR!
